Mahi Mahi, Dorado, or Dolphin these brightly colored beautiful fish make for a fun catch and great eating! If you’ve got some fisherman in the family who appreciate fish art, this would make them smile.  I like it that it’s not caught yet, nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught!  My first experience deepsea fishing was in Florida when I was about 10 when my mother caught one of these. It was the only thing we caught that day, but it was exciting enough considering all of us were seasick, puking over all sides of the boat! But dinner that night was sooo delicious, I don’t think I’ve tasted any fish fresher or more delicious since then!
